Two renowned Sunshine Coast-based developers have started construction on its $30m residential community project.
Cube Developments and McNab have teamed up to deliver Lumeah Peregian in Peregian Springs.
The project comprises of 31 boutique land lots ranging from 367sq m to 734sq m are the last and most prestigious land releases to date with ocean and hinterland views, with enquiries of the project coming from both local and interstate buyers.
